About Adriana

Connecting worlds that don't always understand each other at first glance.

I've spent decades doing something few people can: taking complex ideas and making them simple. Taking different cultures and making them legible to each other.

I'm a guide and intercultural communicator, specializing in Latin American history and culture. I've spent years accompanying travelers from around the world — in five languages — and that gave me something no course can teach: a radar for reading diverse audiences, and making the same message land the same way for all of them.

Today I stand in front of companies, universities, and festivals to talk about identity, limiting beliefs, and Latin American culture — with the warmth of someone who knows how to listen, and the precision of someone who knows exactly what she wants to say.

The Chaos That Made Us Brilliant

Latin creativity, applied discipline, and the formula nobody taught you
CreativityInnovationLateral ThinkingApplied Discipline

In Latin America, we learned to solve problems without a manual — to connect dots no one else saw, to improvise where others freeze. That was never a weakness. It was a laboratory. This talk makes the case for pairing that spark with method: because a team that combines Latin spontaneity with applied consistency isn't just a different team — it's an unstoppable one.

Ideal for: innovation teams · startups · companies in transformation
II

What If We Are the Problem?

Collective infantilism, the savior culture, and the responsibility no one wants to own
Critical ThinkingLeadershipCulture & Change

An honest diagnosis — with humor, and with nowhere to hide — of how Latin America learned to wait for salvation to come from somewhere else. And what happens when a person, a team, or a community finally decides to take real ownership.

Ideal for: universities · leadership programs · organizational culture
III

The Slowest Kid in Class

How I went from crying over English to speaking five languages — and starting Mandarin at 47
Limiting BeliefsResilienceGrowth Mindset

I was the student who couldn't. The one who heard — or told herself — that languages just weren't her thing. This talk isn't really about languages: it's about the distance between who we think we are and what we're capable of once we stop agreeing with that voice.

Ideal for: women in leadership · change processes · any audience that needs to break through "I can't"
